Meet Our Team

Margaret Moss is a native of Phenix City, Alabama. She is a graduate of Smiths Station High School and the University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Communications. Margaret has been a real estate agent with Bowden Realty for ten years. She is married to Jeremiah Moss and they have two children; Sawyer and Sloane.

Margaret is a past president of the Board of Realtors, has served on numerous committees, and is devoted to making your home dreams come true.

Alana Hutto has been in real estate since 2005. A native of Phenix City, Alana has served on the Board of Directors for the Phenix City Board of Realtors. Currently, she is the Secretary/Treasurer.

Alana serves the Phenix Ctiy and surrounding area with professionalism, honesty, and loyalty. She truly cares for clients and their needs in finding the perfect home for their family. She is a certified sales professional by the National Home Builders Association specializing in New Home Sales. 

A Phenix City native, Matt graduated from Glenwood High School in 2005. In 2010, he graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. As the son of a well-known home builder, Matt understands what goes into the construction of a home and the quality to look for. He prides himself on going above and beyond the standards in customer service. He has been in real estate since 2011, and is certified by the National Home Builders Association as a New Home Sales Professional. 

Rebecca Bowden is a native of Phenix City, AL and takes pride in her hometown and surrounding areas. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Auburn University where she earned a degree in Communication. She has been in real estate since 2011 and is licensed in both Alabama and Georgia. In addition, Rebecca is a Certified Sales Professional by the National Home Builders Association, specializing in new home sales.

Rebecca finds joy in meeting new people and helping them find their perfect home. She strives to approach every situation with a Christlike attitude and to work by Bowden Realty's motto: "The key to success in real estate is to forget about the commission, and solve people's problems."

Brad Bowden has recently joined Bowden Realty as a REALTOR. After completing an internship in real estate acquisition, Brad graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree from the Terry College of Business in Banking and Finance, Magna Cum Laude. He is a certified New Home Sales Professional and a member of the Phenix City Emerging Leaders.

Brad is able to put the knowledge of his degree, and his experience in real estate to use while helping you find – or build – the home of your dreams.

Brady Bowden has recently joined the Bowden Realty Team. He is a native of Phenix City and a recent graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Phenix City Emerging Leaders and is certified by the National Home Builders Association as a Certified New Home Sales Professional and New Home Construction.

Brady specializes in Phenix City and the Columbus bi-city area. He is young, energetic and committed to work for his clients – to give them the best service possible.
